PERSONAL PROJECTS
I am always experimenting, always working on something. Whether it’s trying a new compositing technique, wandering around downtown Boston documenting daily life, or trying my hand at pickle making…I’m a serial “doer“.

Stop Motion
I love stop motion. Some of my favorite movies are Jason and the Argonauts or The Nightmare Before Christmas because of the skill and vision that went into creating the elaborate sets and characters. This animation art form takes endless patience, and while one day I’m sure I’ll make my own Wallace and Gromit masterpiece… for now I enjoy putting together small, shorter experiments.
Shorts
Here are a few fun things I’ve put together on my own time. I believe the only way to get better at something is to do it MORE. These days I don’t have much free time, but when I do I try and create something alongside any project I’m working on. A good example is when I was inspired to try my hand at pickling, resulting in a fun side video as an experiment.
Sewing
Checkout the CUBO section of my Featured Work for a detailed dive into where my sewing hobby has led me, but below are a few quick video walkthroughs of small weekend builds. Since receiving a Singer home machine as a gift, I’ve since upgraded to a spare bedroom studio outfitted with an industrial Juki 1541. I enjoy designing and creating experimental softgoods and occasionally take on consulting work. Currently I am working with Barrelhand on a top secret project that I can’t say much more about yet, but will share when the time is right.
Street Photography
Photography is a major passion of mine and my interests are not limited to any one specific style. I love doing portraits, macro, product shots… almost anything really. Some of my favorite work comes from documenting everyday life. I’ve been very fortunate to be well-traveled, and below is a sampling of some moments I’ve captured across the world.
